Terms of Service

Plain terms, kept short.

These terms govern the services sold by WolfWarden LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company ("WolfWarden," "we"). By purchasing a plan or engagement, you agree to them. They're written to be read.

1. What we provide

WolfWarden provides website design and build, managed hosting, edge security configuration and monitoring, email authentication setup, routing security consulting, and related network services, as described on the plan or engagement you purchase. Plan inclusions are listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

2. Billing and cancellation

Subscription plans bill monthly or annually through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal, and the current billing period runs to its end without proration. One-time setup fees cover the build, migration, and hardening work, and are non-refundable once that work has begun. Consulting blocks are billed up front; unused time is refunded.

3. You own your stuff

Your domain is registered in your name. Your website's code lives in a repository you can access. If you cancel, we hand over everything needed to run your site elsewhere — domain, code, DNS records — and step aside. We don't hold your web presence hostage, ever.

4. What we need from you

Timely access to the accounts and information the work requires (domain registrar, DNS, current host), accurate business information, and a reachable contact. Delays on these can delay delivery timelines, which are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Honest limits

No one can guarantee a website will never be attacked, breached, or taken offline, and we won't pretend otherwise. We provide professionally configured, actively monitored protection using industry-standard tooling — but the service is protection and response, not a promise of invulnerability. Our services depend in part on third-party platforms (Cloudflare, GitHub, Stripe, your registrar); outages of those platforms are outside our control.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WolfWarden's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

7. Acceptable use

We don't build or host sites that are unlawful, deceptive, or designed to harm. We may decline or terminate service for content of that kind, with a pro-rated refund of any unused subscription time.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use after a change is acceptance. These terms are governed by Nebraska law.
