Managed website service for small businesses

A professional website with one person accountable for it.

WolfWarden builds or takes over your business website, then handles hosting, security, monitoring, routine updates, and the technical ownership details that usually fall between vendors.

Plans start at $99/month plus a one-time $500 setup. Month to month. You keep your domain, code, and accounts.

Why businesses switch

The website is rarely the only problem.

The real frustration is usually that the domain, hosting, DNS, updates, and security live in different accounts with no single person responsible for the whole result.

01

The web person disappeared

Your domain, source code, and service accounts remain under your control. A vendor relationship can end without taking your online presence with it.

02

Nobody knows what renews

Domain, certificate, DNS, and account ownership are documented and monitored instead of becoming an emergency when something expires.

03

Updates became risky

Changes are version controlled and deployed deliberately, so a bad edit can be identified and rolled back rather than guessed at.

04

The site looks neglected

Routine content time is included, so business hours, services, staff details, and calls to action can stay current.

05

Security is assumed

HTTPS, DNS controls, DDoS protection, and plan-specific filtering are configured and explained instead of left at vendor defaults.

06

Customers report outages first

Availability monitoring gives the site an owner and a response path before a customer has to become the alerting system.

The outcome

One business website. One operating model.

The design, infrastructure, security, and maintenance decisions are made together instead of handed across disconnected vendors.

  • Looks credibleResponsive, focused design built around what customers need to understand and do.
  • Loads quicklyStatic-first delivery on Cloudflare's global edge rather than a heavy plugin stack.
  • Stays yoursYour domain, accounts, and code remain portable and documented.
  • Has an ownerThere is a clear accountable owner when the site needs attention.

How onboarding works

From scattered accounts to a managed site.

  1. Fit and ownership checkWe confirm the site scope, domain ownership, current hosting, and which accounts need to move or be secured.
  2. Build or migrationWolfWarden creates the standard site or moves the existing one into a cleaner, documented deployment model.
  3. Review and approvalYou review the pages and provide one consolidated round of launch feedback before anything replaces the live site.
  4. Launch and watchDNS, HTTPS, monitoring, backups of the code, and account controls are verified before ongoing service begins.
5

Standard build boundary

What the $500 setup covers

The standard setup covers a brochure-style business website of up to five core pages using customer-provided copy, branding, and images. It also covers the initial hosting, DNS, security, and deployment configuration.

Larger sites and custom work are still welcome. Ecommerce, booking systems, custom applications, database work, copywriting, photography, logo design, and complex integrations are scoped and quoted before work begins.

Common questions

Managed website service, explained plainly

Do I have to move my domain to WolfWarden?

No. The safest arrangement is usually for the domain to remain in an account your business owns, with WolfWarden granted only the access needed to configure and monitor it.

Can you take over an existing website?

Usually. The free public scan is a useful first look, followed by a review of the code, hosting, domain ownership, and any platform constraints that cannot be seen from outside.

Is this WordPress maintenance?

Not by default. WolfWarden favors a static-first, version-controlled deployment because it removes much of the plugin and database maintenance that creates avoidable risk. Existing platforms can be evaluated case by case.

What happens if I cancel?

The monthly service ends, but your domain and code remain yours. WolfWarden provides a practical handoff of the accounts and current deployment state.

How quickly can a standard site launch?

A standard five-page build can often move quickly once customer-provided copy, branding, images, and approvals are ready. Exact timing is confirmed during the fit check rather than promised before the scope is known.
